Dean Kent
Director

Dean is a co-founder of Moveware after many years experience in the moving and storage industry which included a strong emphasis on IT. Prior to that he completed a Degree in Engineering. Dean plays a key role in process implementation and maintaining client relationships.

Tony Kent
Director

Tony is also one of the founders of Moveware and plays a major role in the direction of the product. As the senior analyst/developer he ensures that Moveware the Product, continues to exceed our clients expectations and remains at the forefront of technology. Tony has had a key role in expanding the business into the UK and world markets and ensures Moveware maintains a strong focus on Customer Service.

Andrew Savini
Senior Software Developer

Andrew joined the company in 2005 and has continued to expand his skills to become one of our leading developers. He has degrees in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, and has exceptional skills in all areas of software development. His current focus is on the web and B2B Side of the business and he is our primary Microsoft.NET developer.

Richard Symons
UK Manager

Richard joined Moveware in 2007 as our UK Manager. His primary focus is supporting out existing sites and expanding our UK Clientele. Richard has a background in the Moving Industry working for several years with Pickfords and White & Co. Richard has overseen the addition of 2 more UK Staff and now manages a strong, developing UK team.

Luke Pitcher
Software Development Supervisor

Luke is in his fifth year at Moveware and is experienced with all aspects of Moveware development, overseeing the provision of maintenance services to our customers. Luke has university degrees in Engineering and Applied Science.

Cheryl Lees
Training / Support Officer

Cheryl joined Moveware in 2008 as our UK Implementations Manager. Cheryl is responsible for Project Managing integrating the software smoothly at our new client sites. She spends much of her time training and assisting to make sure our clients get the most from their investment in Moveware.

Customer Service Manager

Doug has driven the improvement in our customer service standards. He joined Moveware after extensive experience in IT and customer service roles.

Greg Scott
Support Officer

Greg joined Richard in our Bournemounth Office and provides 1st Level Support and Report Development services to our UK Clients. He excels at problem solving and consistently strives to provide a high level of support. He is furthering his product knowledge and has become an integral part of the Moveware team.

Training / Support Officer

Chris handles most of the Australasian implementations and his experience in financial packages and computer programming holds him in good stead.

Happy Nguyen
Software Developer

Happy has continued to grow his knowledge after a few years at Moveware commencing in a customer service role before moving into development. Happy played a key role in the conversion of the standard reports to Crystal and in the subsequent management of the reporting systems.

Lei Busch
Software Developer

Lei came to Moveware with Degrees in Commerce and Science and is resuming her career in application development after gaining further experience overseas. Lei is integrally involved in the elements of Moveware financials.

Xin Jiang
Support Officer / Software Developer

Xin has recently joined Moveware in the role of application support. She has University Degrees in both Computer Science and Engineering and has worked in IT Support and System Administration Roles. Xin’s initial role is to provide 1st Level Support and Report Writing to our existing clients with a view to developing her Programming and Database Knowledge.

Software Developer

James recently joined Moveware and is working in our Application Support area. James has a varied background both in Management, IT Support and Application Development and will play a key role in the maintenance and development of the core Moveware product. James has a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University.

Claire Barratt
Technical Writer

Claire comes to the Moveware team with extensive experience as a technical writer. Her key responsibilities are maintaining and enhancing Moveware’s Documentation and Help Systems as well as assisting in the production of help and training manuals. Claire has a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Software Engineering.
